The 10-speed 105 cassettes work perfectly with Shimano or SRAM 10 -speed components. While it would be nice to run DuraAce everywhere on your bike, the 105 components give about three quarters of the performance for a fraction of the price.

The 105 cassettes come with a boatload of technology built in. Computer designed Hyperglide (HG) sprockets incorporate specifically positioned shift ramps and tooth profiles for improved chain control during shifting. Fast and responsive indexed shifting is the result. Durability is excellent, and when used with a genuine Shimano chain, your drivetrain will run smooth and quiet.

If fitting a new cassette, always check the condition of your chain and front chainrings. It is often advisable to fit a new chain when you fit a new cassette.
