The Flow is Tacx's best-selling ergotrainer. Heart rate, power (watts), speed and pedalling frequency are measured and shown on the aerodynamic Flow computer's display. These four types of training data provide you with significant instruments for targeting and working on your fitness efficiently and performing to the optimum. You can see your setting at a glance: a brake indicator displays the brake's performance graphically and a bar chart shows the gradient. Operation is simple.
You can adjust the program during the training session for power or gradient resistance. The electromagnetic brake is controlled though the computer. An extremely accurate system with a calibration function that you can use to calibrate the brake in a few seconds. The Flow includes a front wheel support which provides a natural cycling posture.
