CCW team riders Roy Clark and Peter O'Callaghan are now in Austria preparing for their assault on the World Masters Road Championships. This week they are taking part in a series of races in Deutschlandsberg before heading over to St Johann. Their first race was a Missin' Out Crit in the centre of town. Roy came in second and Peter 9th. The race featured a record five Aussie riders and was won by Eastern Vets rider Guy Green. Big Nigel Kimber came in 10th and Tony Chandler 15. Gallery ... Pete kept his illness to himself and family as he didn't want to be remembered as being sick rather as the incredibly fit active sharp minded bloke that was still cycling, skiing and travelling the world in his late 60's.
